Up until the the Saturday not much. I have been waking up two or three times in the night Last night particularly bad. My libido is up if anything! I am sure this will come crashing down soon. I have bought some honey goat weed to aid in this. Balls are the same size and no performance issues as of yet. No anger Not too sure if this comes with anavar.
No loss of appetite either. I am sure this will change in due time. I am going to get some Taurine for these pumps soon as I have read they will get increasingly worse! Gym was great today, put in a solid performance. Lots of drops sets, negatives and to failure today. Gutted I didn't have time to do some cardio. Back home to food prep for the week Fun! I took my anavar before I went gym and I find it doesn't mess with my sleep cycle as much.
I had some trouble getting to sleep but I was fully out for the count. I think the zinc helps. Although I was aware of this before I am a bit lazy so I ordered 1kg of taurine for when the pumps worsen. I have also got some gluatmine as well just to aid with recovery.
Chest and Tri's seemed to be fully healed from Sundays sesh. Forearms are a bit sore from the drop sets from yesterday but shouldn't be an issue. Was a bit of a struggle to get up today. But Pecks are feeling more solid.
Again I feel like this is placebo but who knows. Will review from my starting pics in a week or two. Feeling thirsty alot more so making sure I'm drinking 2L of water a day at work minimum.
Obviously I will then be drinking more at home and whilst working out etc. Boxing should be good today. Will feed back tomorrow. Tomorrow will be Shoulders and legs.
Depending on how bad my shoulders are from boxing I may do these Friday. Normal food routine today. Scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast Glass of cold water to kick off metabolism , protein porridge with a coffee when I get into work at 9am. Chicken and Rice for lunch and afternoon meal today. I also have my shakes and bars too! So I may have jumped the gun and finished off writing for the day earlier.
Due to the amazing train company that shall not be named goes towards the south of london via london bridge So as much as I was looking forward to this it has been delayed, but hopefully thursday will be good to go and no issues with the trains. I walked a few miles home as I had to go an alternate route. I then ran to get my car The long way and making it worth my while. Although I feel like I haven't done a work out today at least I done some form of activity.
Guess I will have to make it up with cardio tomorrow. Also diet went off a bit tonight. Again due to the trains and lack of food in my house I went with a chicken bacon lettuce sandwich meal deal. Its alright for the Macros just a bit too much fat for my liking and I treated myself to a packet of crisps part of the deal.
Anyway, dosage done for night time for some zinc and some shut eye! As always any tips or advice will be appreciated. Day 11 Boxing again today - cardio is getting better and really starting to notice some progress on my overall body shape. Tiredness has in the morning is progressively getting worse. Love a shoulder work out. Got a nice burn and lots of drop sets.
Hit a bit of cardio for 30 minutes as well afterwards. No major sides as expected. Performance was right up there even though it was a longer session.
Did not struggle half as much! Day 14 Chest and triceps, didn't have a spot so didn't get to push as much as I wanted. Good pumps all round. Got a vein coming through on my bicep. Day 15 Back and Biceps - Nice pump on my forearm and lower back. Bit painful on the forearms but its looking good.
Body's starting to shape up a bit nicely. Just need to hit a bit more HIIT and cardio to get rid of this body fat. But pulled a muscle on when doing seat cable rows. Got some voltarol to sort it!
Day 16 Boxing again today! I will post progress in the week. Sorry for the brief posts. Been Really busy the last few weeks with Tattoos, work and my routine. I guess i lost interest in this as I felt like I was talking to myself. Over the last few weeks my cardio has been on point and so has my diet with the except of a few meals here and there.
I have losts alot of weight it has been noticed at work, family and friends. I feel a alot leaner. I am excited for the next few weeks. I have 3 weeks left then onto PCT.
My strength has increase but nothing worth mentioning tbh. This was expected to go up a few KG here and there. I think i really should if tested my BF as i think it was alot higher than I anticipated.
So far everything is good I may well do another cycle in to get even leaner. I think I will definitely get abs by the end of this and will be all leaner. Cba to have sex but once I get going im all good.
Some mornings are harder to get up than otherwise but after a glass of water its okay. I am extremely thirsty all the time as well! I will try and update more regularly. Curious as to how he can be? By having it tested. So you'd buy gear and have it tested.. Furthermore if that is bonafide Anavar which it isn't he'd need nowhere near mg a day.
I have some Wildcat Var from when this lab was just starting out and their prices were very competitive to get them up and running. I haven' used it and is a few years out of date but I am pretty sure it is actual Var as it is in 20mg tablets and also if you are just starting out you not want to fake stuff as that would destroy your reputation before you get a reputation.
